A broken seam is caused by delamination of the carpet or seams that have worn apart. These can be fixed.
Our technician, using a sharp utility knife, will cut open the old seam. After trimming out the damaged edges they will have to stretch the carpet together. Finally, using special micro wave tape, they can join the two new edges making the seam stronger than new.
